Friendly forms Does the website force the users to fill out the form from scratch everytime they make a mistake? Are the users sure which fields are obligatory and which are optional? Make sure to indicate what parts of the form are mandatory, and test if the website can nicely deal with improperly filled out forms.

Acknowledgements Are the visitors informed that their filled forms were received/processed successfully? Often after filling out the form and submitting it, the website’s homepage is loaded and the user is not sure if everything went according to the plan. Be sure to make an acknowledgement page with thanks and information that the data made it to the server.

“Reset” button Do you have a “Reset” button in any of your forms? If so, delete it as soon as possible. It has absolutely no pros, and a very big irritating con if it’s accidentally pressed instead of “Submit.” If you still have doubts, try to think if you ever used this kind of button yourself.
